In Myyogatrail's YOGA X RUNNING CAMPS I am taking you on the trails for about 2 - 3 hours explaining uphill, downhill & technical running and of course giving you time for practising while analysing and giving advice on your running style.
The event finishes off with 20-30 minutes basic YOGA FOR RUNNERS.

Myyogatrail's RUNNERS COMPLETE WORKOUT is focusing on stability & strength training which makes your body more resilient to the demands of running, improving running form and supporting injury prevention.
The session covers:
- 40 minutes of STABILITY & STRENGTH TRAINING especially designed for runners.
- 20 minutes of basic YOGA FOR RUNNERS focusing on relevant muscle groups to improve your recovery.
Myyogatrail's YOGA FOR RUNNERS classes focus on yoga postures that target runners' most important muscle groups such as hips, hamstrings, ITB, knees, calves and ankles.
They help to prevent runners' most common injuries, improve running performance & recovery by increasing muscle strength & flexibility.
Deep nasal breathing is part of the whole yoga session and can be applied to your running.
Focusing on your body and its needs will make you aware of any muscle soreness before turning into an injury.

Yoga complements running and other sportive activities. While running and other exercises tend to shorten & tighten muscles, yoga lengthens muscles, improves strength, balance & flexibility.
Yoga is a great way to listen to your body and it's needs, get aware of fatigue, muscle imbalances and tightness before turning into an injury.
Considering the benefits of Yoga on body and mind it can be perfectly used in the corporate world. Yoga does not only improve flexibility, strength & overall fitness and health, it also results in better focus, concentration, creativity & relaxation thus improving employees' general performance.
Yoga provides a great variety– in terms of postures, dynamic, sequence and has multiple effects on body and mind. You may practice yoga for the rest of your life and you will still learn and progress continuously.
