  • The programs are written on a weekly base, gradually building up your strength, cardio & flexibility thus improving your overall fitness & running performance and supporting weight loss

  • The programs are tailor made for you with individual focus

  • Additional advice regarding gear, diet, supplements will be given



  • Online coaching programs can be bought for a minimum of 10 weeks

  • From 3,500 HKD per 10 week program
