Tired of processed sugary cereal bars? Try this simple yet so amazing recipe and create your own:)

 

These incredibly delicious bars contain only the best ingredients and are sugar and gluten free!  

 

CRUNCHY NO BAKE CEREAL BARS

 

INGREDIENTS:

 

  • 2 cups of oats (glutenfree)

  • 2 cups of cereal rice crisps (providing the crunchiness)

  • 2 over ripe mashed bananas

  • 1/2 cup of nut butter (I used peanut butter)

  • 1/4 cup of coconut oil

  • 1/4 cup of maple syrup

  • 100 g whole baked almonds

  • 1/2 cup of raisins

  • 1/2 cup of other nuts & seeds (I used sunflower and chia seeds)

 

HOW TO MAKE IT:

 

With your hands combine all ingredients in a big bowl until smooth. Transfer the mixture into a pan. Take a spoon and press down the batter until even (the more you press down the more firm the  bars will become). Transfer pan to the freezer for about 1 hour. Once they firmed up, slice into bars. Store in the freezer in order to keep the crunchy texture!
