➢ 40 minutes of stability and strength training especially designed for runners that will make you an injury free & stronger runner
➢ 20 min of basic yoga for runners focusing on relevant muscle groups to improve your recovery

RUNNING

 

Trail running clinic for beginners - 3 hours

Including: technical running, uphill running, downhill running, balance work, yoga for runners

Price: 5OO HKD per person

Minimum group size: 2 people

 

RETREATS

 

Hiking, Yoga, Vegan/ Vegetarian lunch (optional) - 3/4 hours

Price: 500 HKD per person

Minimum group size: 2 people

 

Day Retreat on a junk boat - 8 hours 

Including:

- hike, trail run or bootcamp 

- yoga on the beach

- vegan/ vegetarian lunch, healthy snacks & drinks 

Price: 1,200 HKD per person
